The scope of the problem

There have been studies done on the pain levels of dental professionals in multiple continents, countries and states and the results are all consistent.

Sadly, 50-80% of all active dental providers deal with the consequences of daily musculoskeletal pain from the demands of the job.

This pain is a leading cause of decreased daily productivity, loss of time and early retirement from the profession.

You can't eliminate the stresses of the day but you can mitigate them

The big key is to get the body stronger than the work it needs to do.

What to do if you are serious about eliminating pain in your office

If you or your valued team members are dealing with persistent neck and or back pain the please consider a plan to overcome the problem. I have a plan but not the only one. Pain is a leading cause of burnout in the profession and is worthy to be taken seriously.
